Detoxifying Spices
To help detoxify dangerous forms of estrogen associated with breast cancer and to inhibit the formation of skin and colon cancer, be sure you cook with rosemary, sage, oregano, and thyme. Other detoxifying spices include black pepper, chili pepper, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, curry, ginger, mustard seed, paprika, and turmeric.
